SHARING: Anyone with files link URL can download your files ( File sharing ). This is known as upload and share.

ONLY-ME: "Self-storage" refers to the feature where only you can download your files, without the option to share them. Any new files that you upload will automatically be marked as "Only-Me".

In case of email hacking or any other issues preventing you from resetting your password or logging in, please contact us with your Username, Security PIN to recover your account.

When the security lock is enabled, it prevents unauthorized changes to your account information, such as email, password, payment details, and other settings.

To disable the security lock, simply toggle the switch to the OFF position and check your email for the confirmation link.

When Read-Only mode is ON, you can edit, share, download, move, and copy files, but you cannot delete them. This prevents you from accidentally or intentionally deleting your files.

CCTV loop uploading or storage is the process of continuously recording or uploading video to your FileLu account, replacing previously uploaded files with new ones when the CCTV folder is full or out of space.

FileLu FTP server works best with Foscam IP cameras.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, simply click on the 'Delete my account' button and enter your current password. Afterward, please check your email to confirm the deletion request.

When the Direct download/preview is ON. You will download directly after clicking on the download link or file name. You can preview your files directly on My Files page. Also, you don't have to visit the download page.

Every time you violate our policies Terms of Service you will get 1 strike. Each strike will not expire until 30 days from the time it was issued. 5 strikes in the same 30-day period results in your account being banned.
